\u2013 what is it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Make your employees happy and save money at the same time \u2013 cycling to work has been proven to reduce sick days. A commuter bike is a pedal or electric bike that is hired by the employer for use by the employee. After the rental period, the employee can buy the bike for themselves by paying 4% of the residual value of the bike.
